OUR PHILOSOPHY

Nurturing Character Before Performance

At Tanzeel, we believe that early Islamic education should inspire a genuine, lasting love for Allah and His Book. Our teachers value consistency and effort over haste, cultivating sound Tajweed, noble adab, and a confident connection to the Qur'an at your child's own pace.

FAQ

We're here to answer any of your questions.

Frequently Asked Questions
What ages do you accept and how are classes grouped?
+

We welcome children from age 5 to 15. Children are placed according to both age and reading ability following an initial gentle assessment. Early years have dedicated female teachers, with gender segregation for children aged 13+.

What does a typical session look like?
+

Each session follows a calm, structured rhythm: individual 1-on-1 recitation practice, group Tajweed rule discovery, Du'a practice, and engaging moral stories from the Seerah and Islamic Studies.

How do you teach without putting pressure on children?
+

We believe childhood deserves presence, not performance. Our teachers praise effort and consistency over speed. Small 1:12 class sizes ensure every child receives personal attention and positive reinforcement.

Where are your London Schools located?
+

Tanzeel operates 12 campuses across East and North-East London: Tower Hamlets (Bow Road, Bethnal Green, Mile End, Nelson Street, New Road, Stepney (Harford Street), Whitechapel Road, and Docklands), Ilford & Newbury Park (Mansfield Road and Eastern Avenue), Newham (Barking Road), and Walthamstow (Forest Road), alongside our interactive Online School.

Can parents visit before enrolling?
+

Absolutely! We encourage parents to visit our classrooms, meet the teaching staff, and see our gentle atmosphere firsthand. You can schedule a visit through our Contact page or call our admissions team.

How do you keep parents updated on progress?
+

Parents receive a weekly homework record book, 4 formal written report cards per year, and dedicated parent-teacher consultation evenings every six months to discuss your child's recitation and character.
